is no longer in stock that is pictured on the design, Rustique Art reserves the right to
take certain liberties to complete an order using substitutions of same color. So,if a
cross has a stone on it that is in a disc shape and I only have squares or ovals in the same
color, then I will use the different shape. If the substitution changes the design to a
certain degree, I will inform you, so that you can make the decision to continue with the
order or not.
Privacy Policy ~ Information gathered from you, for the purpose of shipping or completing
your order, will never be shared with a third party or sold for distribution.
Terms of Sale ~ When ordering direct from this site, using the shopping cart, you will be
directed to a secure checkout through Pay Pal. Please note: You do not have to have a Pay
Pal account in order to pay for your purchases. When you order via email, you will
receive an invoice via email and you have several choices in which to pay, options are
shown below. When you order by phone, your invoice will be sent to you by fax or snail
mail. Or, if you have an email address, an invoice can be emailed to you. I accept Visa,
Master Card, Discover and American Express as well as personal checks, however, your order
will not ship until funds have cleared and are in my account. All returned checks will be
subject to a $25.00 fee and will be held until provisions have been made to settle your
account.
Return Policy ~ Complete satisfaction with your Rustique Art design is my goal. When you
receive your order, please check it carefully. If your order is damaged, place it back into
the box that it was shipped in. Contact me via, email or phone within 3 days and you will
receive an authorization for the return. You will be given a store credit to be used for
another product from Rustique Art. Credit will not be issued for any product without that
return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and credit will be
available once the product has arrived back to me. After the 3rd day this offer will be
void.
Shipping & Handling* ~ When ordering direct from this site, using the shopping cart, orders
will be shipped in 3-4 business days. Custom orders have a lead time of about 2-3 weeks,
depending on the complexity of your order. See the custom order page for more information.
Rustique Art ships via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping & handling will be added to the
invoice at time of shipping for custom orders all other shipping charges will be calculated
at checkout.
Insurance is optional and is not required, however, I strongly suggest insuring your order.
It will be your responsibility to request insurance.
*If shipping costs are lower than calculated, a refund will be credited back to you.
